Quick & easy printing
Send us a completed Checkliste picture of your Student Card (front) + Print PDF one day in advance and you will have your prints (without adhesive binding) the next day.
Please send small files via e-mail to "f3-dm-druck@hs-hannover.de" and large files via "wetransfer" – thank you.
Help with printing:
Come by during our Consultation hours and we will find out what works and how.
Print and bind yourself
Two printers are available for large prints. There you can print your charts, plans and patterns yourself, for example. You can also make your own prints for sublimation. In addition, our hot glue machine is available for binding, e.g. adhesive binding with folded tape, softcover and hardcover, and much more. We'll give you a briefing and off you go.

We advise
in the workshop, digitally or by appointment and will gladly produce your course-related projects for you. You are welcome to ask us questions about all of our work by e-mail, and we will do our best to answer them – f3-dm-druck@hs-hannover.de.
In order to better assess your project, you can find a „Checklist“ here. You can fill it out and send it to us via mail, we will contact you and talk everything through. How and where you can send us your production data, you will find under the point >"Current data submission +" a little further down.
For an on-site consultation or working on the equipment in the print shop, you can book appointments. Up to now, we have simply given these appointments by mail or phone - a digital version will follow.
Please pack all your data (e.g. print PDF, checklist, possibly packaged files for Covers) into a folder, ".zip", and send it to us either as an attachment by e-mail (f3-dm-druck@hs-hannover.de) or, if you have a large amount of data, please send it online using "wetransfer".
Please always send the
- Checklist
- Photo of the student card (front only)
with it – thank you.
Students can have work printed for Faculty III study purposes/programs in the Print Shop.
- Flyers & folders
- Posters & billboards
- Banners
- Brochures & Bachelor theses
- Saddle stitching; soft and hard cover binding and much more.
- Prints on textile, acrylic, ceramic, glass
We are happy to advise on the creation of print data, the correct generation of PDFs, as well as in the area of color management.
You are welcome to use the thermal press, the punching machine and the cutting machine in our workshop. Please contact us for appointments.
Appointments are necessary, not only during busy usage times (e.g. before Bachelor presentations). You can book appointments for on-site consultation or for working on the equipment in the printshop. We simply assign these by e-mail or phone call.
Please bring your student card with you for billing. Please ask for price lists and terms of use.
Generally, the costs for the prints are charged to the student card. At the end of the order, you will always be told the amount that will be charged to your card.
Graduates receive a final invoice for their thesis. This can be paid in cash at the dean's office or by bank transfer. Of course, you will also be informed of the costs incurred for each assignment.
About the workshop
The faculty's printing workshop has various printing options in small and large formats. In addition to paper, fabric, wood, cardboard, acrylic and other materials can also be printed.
We see it as an essential part of our work to support students in the production process, so we are already the contact for our students in the conception phase. Technical questions can be discussed personally in one-on-one meetings.
Consultations can take place by phone, online or with an agreed on-site appointment.
We look forward to your project!
